It features a charming pool design that seems to blend with the ocean. This PH has all the luxury you need, surrounded by the tropical jungle, with spaces designed to enjoy panoramic ocean views. Here, you can prepare your favorite drinks and relax while watching the sunset, either from the terrace or the private plunge pool.
The PH has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms with high-quality bedding and comfortable beds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep with air conditioning or ceiling fan. The kitchen is ventilated by the sea breeze and has a bar, plus a dining area that will allow you to enjoy the sea view while savoring your meals. It has two terraces, one connected to the main lounge and kitchen, featuring a plunge pool that can be heated at an extra cost to make it into a relaxing hot tub. Another terrace in the master bedroom, with a hammock and outdoor armchairs for relaxation. There are three fully equipped bathrooms with personal hygiene items. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, completely secure, and you can enjoy incredible moments with your family on the extensive beach.
Mar de coco is located in Playa Blanca, surrounded by a tropical landscape just minutes from the Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo International Airport. Our complex is designed so that you don't need to leave, but there are traditional restaurants along the beach with typical local food. Zihuatanejo is less than a 30-minute drive away, where you can find supermarkets for grocery shopping and some boutique stores. There are several nature reserves nearby for turtle releases or hiking.
Only two adults per room are allowed.
Children under 12 years old are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
This includes individual units as well as common areas.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Events or parties are not allowed within the condominium. This is done to ensure the comfort and privacy of all residents and guests.
No noise from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm.
Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
Always treat service staff with respect and dignity.
Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out.
Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property.
Do not use glass bottles or glasses when in the pool.
An extra cleaning fee of $75 USD + VAT will be charged per week.
We will send you the exact location two days before your reservation, and our staff will be waiting for you upon arrival to provide you with all the attention you need.
You will have 24-hour security staff. Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality hospitality experience.
