This stunning complex is located right on the beach with a spectacular pool overlooking the sea to enjoy the Pacific sunsets. Relax with the tranquility of a place that has all the luxury and comfort of a high-quality hotel, but immersed in the tropical jungle just steps from the beach.
Our villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms, perfect for resting and sleeping to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You will have a beautiful living room that connects to the impressive private terrace with a sea view. The terrace is spectacularly furnished with comfortable armchairs, ideal for relaxing, a private plunge pool with panoramic views to enjoy sunsets and starry nights with your family or friends. You have everything you need in our villa, such as a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms with personal hygiene accessories, a dining area with a sea view, and designer furniture. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with a large pool that seems to blend perfectly with the ocean.
Mar de Coco is located on Playa Blanca, surrounded by a tropical landscape just a few minutes from the international airport of Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo. Our complex is designed so you don't need to leave, but there are some traditional beachfront restaurants with typical local cuisine. Zihuatanejo is less than a 30-minute drive away, where there are options for grocery shopping in supermarkets and some boutique stores. There are several nature reserves nearby for turtle releases or hiking trails.
Occupancy Limit: Only two adults are allowed per room. Children aged two years or older are considered as "adults" for occupancy purposes.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. This includes both the individual units and common areas.
No Pets Allowed: We do not allow pets on the premises. Unfortunately, we are not pet-friendly.
No Events or Parties: The property does not permit events or parties to be held within the condominium. This is to ensure the comfort and privacy of all residents and guests.
No noise from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 pm.
Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
Always treat service staff with respect and dignity.
Enter and leave the property at the times marked by check-in and check-out.
Immediately notify about any damage or incident on the property.
Do not use glass bottles or glasses when in the pool.
An extra cleaning fee of $75 USD + VAT will be charged per week.
We will send you the exact location two days in advance of your reservation and our staff will be waiting for you upon arrival to provide you with all the attention you need.
You will have 24-hour security personnel. Our goal is to provide you with a high-quality hospitality experience.
